Swift Cleaners provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
Our cleaning professionals are independent contractors who have been vetted and trained by Swift Cleaners. While we strive to maintain high standards, we cannot guarantee specific service providers for each booking.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and cleaning needs. They must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time and provide necessary supplies if requested.
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we'll arrange for a re-cleaning at no additional cost.
Swift Cleaners is insured for general liability. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing conditions. Customers should secure valuables and fragile items before service.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
